But, if you remain focused and diligent, it’s possible to find exactly what you are looking for. ## Establish Your Criteria It’s important to start the search process by establishing criteria for your ideal rental. It helps to create a simple list of what aspects of an apartment are most important to you. But, try to keep your expectations reasonable. Your next rental does not have to be where you live forever. Criteria could include: - Price - Size - Parking - Location - Public transportation - Amenities, such as a washer and dryer After weighing what’s important to you, try ranking your list of priorities.
